Basic Pulled Pork





From a basic pulled pork recipe you can make a myriad of recipes. From bbq sandwiches, port tacos or even a chickpea pancake.

This isn't earth shattering, just an easy crockpot way to slow cook pork until it's so tender it just falls apart.


Cook, enjoy and then tell me great ways you ended up using this pork.



Happy Healthy Tips: Turmeric is power inflammation fighter, but it's also a powerful stainer. Wipe off any drips from your counter tops as soon as they happen.




Basic Pulled Pork



3 lb pork shoulder roast
1 tbls ground cumin
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp wasabi powder (optional)
Fresh black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
4 cloves garlic

Place all the ingredients in a crock pot at medium heat for 4-8 hours until the pork easily shreds with two forks.
